Are Almonds A Good Snack Choice or Not?

I’ve always been someone who loves munching on crunchy snacks. It’s hard for me to sit down and watch a game or movie without wanting a snack to go with it.  Unfortunately I started gaining a little weight because of this habit and then I tested high for cholesterol as a result.  I did a little research and learned that almonds are good for cholesterol and so I started snacking almost exclusively on roasted almonds instead of chips and cheese crackers. But I was stunned when my next blood test didn’t reveal any positive results.  I told a friend about this and he said I could have the best of both worlds.
