Looking to improve your overall balance and flexibility? Need to achieve a more challenging ball workout? The premium FitBall Exercise Ball with its burst resistant quality and made of latex-free material is designed not to lose air at rapid speed, but deflate in a more manageable and safer way if punctuated. With any stability ball, the less air you inflate the lesser the challenge to the user. Putting more air into the ball makes it more challenging where one needs to properly engage his or her core muscles to gain the true benefits of a ball exercise.

The fitness ball varies in size from 45cm to 75 cm. If you are four foot eight inches in height or shorter, it is highly recommended that you stay with the smaller 45cm ball. If on the other hand you are larger than six feet tall that you should seriously consider the 75cm model. If your height falls in between the above mentioned heights then it is advised you stick with either the 55cm model or the more popular 65cm.

A fitness ball assists many professional therapists who work dutifully on rehabilitating clients regardless if from suffering sports injuries or neurological disorders. The dependable, premium FitBall Exercise Ball makes for a reliable workout tool whose benefits are numerous to all ages and abilities.

I’ve always been someone who loves munching on crunchy snacks. It’s hard for me to sit down and watch a game or movie without wanting a snack to go with it. Unfortunately I started gaining a little weight because of this habit and then I tested high for cholesterol as a result. I did a little research and learned that almonds are good for cholesterol and so I started snacking almost exclusively on roasted almonds instead of chips and cheese crackers. But I was stunned when my next blood test didn’t reveal any positive results. I told a friend about this and he said I could have the best of both worlds. He said I could keep eating almonds and lose weight and lower cholesterol at the same time.

He explained to me that there’s a big difference between eating raw nuts and eating roasted nuts. He really surprised me when he said that raw almonds are on a list of cholesterol lowering foods. He explained how heated fats are terrible for the body and that munching on a can of roasted nuts was not doing my waistline, cholesterol, or triglycerides any favors. It turns out that most raw nuts are actually very healthy. So I’m still munching away – but now on raw nuts – and getting healthier doing it.
