The Maxi Clay Baker for Your Holiday Turkey

As Thanksgiving fast approaches, I’ve started looking ahead to making plans for the holiday. While it’s still weeks away, I like thinking about the dinner menu and desserts ahead of time so everything goes smoothly. Plus some family members enjoy bringing their own dish or dessert, so they like knowing what’s in store to prevent ending up with duplicate dishes. This year I am very exciting about cooking the turkey, because I’ll be making it in my new Romertopf maxi clay baker.

I absolutely love this clay baker. I have one of their smaller bakers, which I’ve used for years for my smaller meals. The food turns out extraordinarily delicious, producing juicy meats and perfectly cooked veggies. This year I purchased the maxi baker so I could cook my bigger meals the same way. And you can cook so many dishes in this cookware, even soups - plus the dish is beautiful enough to use as serveware too. I know my mom is going to be coveting my clay baker when she sees it, so I’ll probably surprise her with a piece of Romertopf cookware as a Christmas gift.
